They say there are 3 ways of taking HGH Orally, Via injection and absorbtion throu the skin and from what i have read from tests done on HGH the only real way to take it is via injection due to something to do with the size of the HGH molecules??they say that a small amount of absortion takes place when taken orally and none what so ever when rubbed into the skin. I have gotton excellent results with hgh without steroids. You dont have to work out to recieve benefits either. HGH  Neotropin whether natural or injected works while one is asleep.
